operating process:
Truck docking: After the vehicle is parked on the unloading platform, the system automatically identifies the vehicle position through the tire detection sensor.

Lockdown phase:
The operator presses the “lock” button, the red light is on, and the door and unloading platform cannot be operated.
The lock automatically activates the hydraulic system to lock the truck’s tires.
After the lock is completed, the green light will be on, and the door and unloading platform can operate normally. The loading and unloading operation begins.

Release phase:
After the loading is completed, the operator closes the door and resets the unloading platform.
Press the “release” button, the green light turns to red, the lock automatically unlocks, and the vehicle can safely leave.

Safety interlock mechanism:
Prevention of misoperation:
The door and unloading platform are only allowed to operate after the lock is fully locked (interlock condition A).
If the door is not closed, the system prohibits the release of the vehicle (interlock condition B).

Brake failure protection:
Even if the vehicle brake fails, the lock can still detect the state of the vehicle and prevent accidental movement.
