The truck limiter, designed as a safety protection device for large factory logistics transportation and loading/unloading platforms, features a vertical lifting lock hook driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The floating range is determined by upper and lower limit sensors, allowing it to move up and down with the truck’s bumper to achieve precise engagement and rigid fixation. This effectively prevents safety accidents caused by truck rolling during loading/unloading, forklift falling, or driver errors.

Vertical lock: the hydraulic drive hook is vertically raised and lowered, accurately embedded in the bottom of the truck bumper, forming a rigid connection, which can carry more than 15 tons of tensile strength and prevent the front and rear displacement of the truck.
Anti-skid protection: when the truck is parked on the loading and unloading platform, the vehicle position is locked immediately to eliminate the risk of skidding caused by ground slope and brake failure.
Misoperation interception: It is linked with the loading and unloading signal system to ensure that the lock hook remains locked when the goods are not loaded and unloading is not completed and personnel are not evacuated, so as to prevent the driver from touching the throttle prematurely and leaving the vehicle.
Status visualization: equipped with red and green warning lights and buzzers, the lock hook status (locked/release) is displayed in real time, and the data is synchronized with the control system through signals.
